Why were Noida's Supertech twin tower demolished?

Noida's Supertech twin tower demolished Beginning of twin tower Noida-based Developmental company Supertech Limited launched the construction of the project known as Emerald Court.  The project was started in the mid 2000s. The project included the building of 3, 4 and 5 BHK flats.  The project was located off the expressway that connects the twin cities of Noida and Greater Noida. According to real estate websites, the flats now have a valuation between  ₹ 1 crore to  ₹ 3 crore.  The project was supposed to have 14 nine-storied towers, according to the plans submitted by New Okhla Industrial Development Authority in Noida.  Owner of Twin tower RK Arora is the owner and managing director of the construction company  Supertech. Twin tower was built by Supertech.  RK Arora’s wife is Sangeeta Arora. He also has a son, Mohit Arora.
